A: Yes! We live and work in Stockton California, and we’ve been managing properties and providing real estate services here for years.  Your leasing agents and property managers will be right here in town to serve you.

A: If you have the time and the expertise to manage your own property, you are allowed to do that.  However, if you have a full time job, personal responsibilities, or non-professional commitments that take up much of your time and energy, then you can benefit from our professional management. We know the laws, understand the leasing business, and have relationships with other professionals that keep your maintenance costs low.  We are only a phone call away if you have questions or concerns.

A: We manage apartment buildings, residential rental homes, and work with Home Owner Associations. Our pros can help you whether you have a multifamily building, a single family home, or a community association.

A: Our complete screening process ensures then we only place renters with a good history of rental payments. However, if rent is late or unpaid, then we have a procedure to collect the overdue payment as well as included late fees. If a tenant suffers from a circumstance which makes paying rent undoable, then we will begin the eviction process.

A: Inspections done on a regular basis and good tenant relationships ensure that your property is taken well care of during the life of a tenancy. We have professional maintenance people who handle repairs promptly and conduct both servicing and inspections to ensure deferred maintenance doesn’t become a problem. When it’s time to sell, you’ll have a property that proves you made a wise choice in protecting your investment with us.

A: Both! We can help you sell property, buy property, and manage your existing buildings. We also work with Home Owner Associations and community associations. In addition we manage construction projects and rehabs.
